Boston Neighborhood Network Television is located in the geographic center of Boston in the BNN Charles J. Beard II Media Center, with an additional studio at the Boston University College of Communications, outside of Kenmore Square.

The BNN administrative offices are open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. The BNN Timothy Smith Network Multimedia Lab is open Monday through Friday, 3 pm to 9 pm and Saturday, 10 am to 3 pm.
