Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM 

Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

 

BNN is open for training, production, media lab use, and events Monday through Saturday. See Operating Hours for specific times. BNN administrative offices are available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Orange Line T

Take the MBTA Orange Line Outbound train (towards Forest Hills) to Jackson Square Station and either walk (see below) or take one of these buses:

  • Bus #29 from Jackson Square via Blue Hill Avenue Franklin Field
  • Bus #22 from Ashmont via Jackson Square

Get off at Columbus Avenue & Washington Street and walk one block to BNN.

 

Orange Line T — Alternate

From Forest Hills, take Bus #42 (Dudley Station via Washington Street). Get off at Columbus Avenue & Washington Street and walk one block toward BNN Media.

Red Line T

Take the MBTA Red Line Outbound train (towards Ashmont) and get off at Ashmont. Then take Bus #22 (Ruggles via Jackson Square). It takes approximately 20 minutes to arrive at Columbus Avenue & Bray Street. Walk a short distance north on Columbus Avenue. Turn right onto Bray Street, and you will see the rear of the BNN Media building.

 

WALKING

Leave Jackson Square Station and walk one block from Centre Street to Columbus Avenue. Cross Columbus Avenue to the side of the street of Academy Homes housing. Turn right and walk 4 – 5 minutes up Columbus Ave. At the first traffic light, you will pass the Dimock Center and then the fire station w/ blinking light, pass Walgreens and turn left at this light onto Bray Street. You will see the back of the BNN Media building on your right.

 

VIA CAR 

DRIVING FROM THE SOUTH — MATTAPAN

  1. From Mattapan Square, take Blue Hill Avenue (Route 28N) to Seaver Street (past Franklin Park) (2.5 miles)

2. Turn left onto Seaver St. and follow Seaver St. to Egleston Square for one mile. 

3. At Egleston Square, take a right onto Washington Street. BNN is the second building on your left after passing the gas station.

 

DRIVING FROM THE NORTH — DOWNTOWN

  1. From Government Center in Downtown Boston, go southeast on Park Street toward Tremont Street (0.1 miles). 
  2. Turn right onto Tremont Street (0.5 miles), then turn right again to stay on Tremont Street. Follow Tremont Street for 1.9 miles, going straight to Columbus Avenue (Route 28S). 
  3. Stay straight on Columbus Ave. for 0.9 miles and turn left onto Bragdon Street between the fire station and Walgreens. 
  4. Take a right onto Washington Street. BNN is straight ahead.
 

DRIVING FROM THE NORTH — ALTERNATE

  1. Take I-93 South to Exit 18 (Massachusetts Avenue). Follow the Mass. Ave. Connection for 0.2 miles. The Mass. Ave. Connection becomes Melnea Cass Boulevard. 
  2. Follow Melnea Cass through 7 lights and turn left onto Columbus Avenue (28S). 
  3. Stay straight on Columbus Ave for 0.9 miles and turn left onto Bragdon Street between the fire station and Walgreens. 
  4. Take a right onto Washington Street. BNN is straight ahead. 
 

DRIVING FROM COMMONWEALTH AVENUE

  1. Start East on Commonwealth Avenue (US-20E / MA-2E) toward Arlington Street (0.1 miles). 
  2. Turn right onto Arlington St. (MA-2E) and follow Arlington St. 0.2 miles to Columbus Avenue (Route 28S). 
  3. Turn right onto Columbus Ave. and follow Columbus Ave. for 1.4 miles. 
  4. Turn left onto Bragdon Street between the fire station and Walgreens. 
  5. Take a right onto Washington Street. BNN is straight ahead.
 

DRIVING FROM BRIGHTON OR BROOKLINE

  1. Start going South on Commonwealth Avenue towards Warren Street (0.3 miles). 
  2. Turn left onto Washington Street and follow for 1.8 miles. Washington Street becomes Huntington Avenue (MA-9E). 
  3. Turn right onto South Huntington Avenue. 
  4. Turn slightly left onto Heath Street and pass through one roundabout. 
  5. Turn right onto Columbus Avenue (1.3) and follow Columbus Avenue (Route 28S) for 1.4 miles. 
  6. Turn left onto Bragdon Street between the fire station and Walgreens. 
  7. Take the next right onto Washington Street. BNN is next to the back of Walgreens.
 

DRIVING FROM EAST BOSTON AND CHARLESTOWN

  1. Start going Southeast on Main Street toward Thompson Street (0.1 miles).
  2. Turn left onto City Square and follow City Square for 0.1 miles.
  3. Turn right onto Chelsea Street (0.1) and merge onto I-93 South / US-1 South.
  4. Follow for 3.4 miles, then take the Massachusetts Avenue exit and Exit 18 toward Andrew Square (0.4).
  5. Turn slightly right onto the Mass. Ave. Connection- follow for 0.2 miles. 
  6. Mass. Ave. Connection becomes Melnea Cass Boulevard. Drive for 0.5 miles 
  7. Then turn left onto Washington Street. Follow Washington Street for 1.4 miles going through Nubian Square. 
  8. From Nubian Square, go through 4 lights on Washington Street, and you will be at 3025 Washington Street.
 

PARKING

On-street parking is available on Washington Street. Also, 2-hour parking is available in the Washington Street municipal parking lot directly across from BNN.
